10 Sep The new EMR Training Dashboard is live
The EMR roll out isn’t slowing down one bit.
We’re ‘sustaining our training’ with a new EMR Training Dashboard. This tool will help us track how we maintain the momentum of this critical part of being ready for Go-Live 2 and 3.
We have over 8,000 employees across Monash Medical Centre, Monash Children’s Hospital and Jessie McPherson Private Hospital getting Go-Live ready with classroom training underway and Kingston, Casey and Moorabbin are booking training in now.
With the new EMR Training Dashboard on Power BI, managers have a valuable tool that gives them visibility of their team’s schedule and progress. This ensures they can provide full support for their team throughout their EMR learning journey.
It’s not just managers who can use the dashboard, all employees can view bookings and attendance on EMR classroom training, as tracked by our online learning management system, LATTE.
For more information on how to use the EMR Training Dashboard read the Training Dashboard QRG.
The good news doesn’t end there, you’ll be able to track your entire EMR learning journey with your e-Learning and program completion now visible on LATTE!
Here’s what some of the first users of the EMR Training Dashboard have to say:
“…you listened, were very engaging and took feedback on board to make an already great resource into a fantastic resource for all managers to use.” – Stuart Cavill, General Manager, Allied Health and Patient Flow
“You have created a fantastic resource for managers to track EMR training for their staff. The dashboard is very user friendly and allows visibility of individuals, cost centres and programs making it an invaluable resource to all managers and executives.” – Denise Owen, EMR Training Program Lead
“…the dashboard is great. It will definitely make the training of our employees more transparent. Having been through the EMR employee training as a Nurse Manager it is just what we needed.” – Natalie Angliss Nurse Manager, North 1, Dandenong Hospital
