EMR Change Impact Statement

The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) will transform the care provided to our patients, their families, and the community. Once implemented, every patient admitted as an inpatient at Monash Health and Jessie McPherson Private Hospital will be on the EMR.

The EMR represents a change for more than 12,000 Monash Health and Jessie McPherson Private Hospital employees who will use the system in some form as part of their work. It’s important we all play our part to prepare ourselves.
