12 Jun Dandenong and Cranbourne – it’s EMR training time
On Monday 17 June the EMR will hit another key milestone as face-to-face training starts for our Dandenong and Cranbourne employees.
Training for Dandenong and Cranbourne will run from 17 June to 2 August 2019.
If you are booked into face-to-face training for these sites, you can now complete your online e-Learning modules by logging into LATTE (Learning And Teaching Technology Environment). Please complete your e-Learning prior to your face-to-face training.
Your e-Learning is made up of a series of short videos and quizzes. The videos will guide you through the EMR screens that are relevant to your work area.
For some of you, your program will list a comprehensive number of videos. Each one is designed to walk you through a new workflow on the EMR in a digestible segment. The videos build, one-by-one, into a robust program to support your learning. Remember to take regular breaks and complete your e-Learning in sections to give you time to absorb the material.
There’s a lot of new information to learn, but as you attend training and familiarisation activities there’ll be many opportunities to practise and ask questions, so you’ve got this!
To start your relevant e-Learning modules:
- Access LATTE here.
- Log in using your Monash Health credentials.
- Your EMR course program will be listed in the ‘My Required Learning’ section of your home page dashboard
- You can complete your videos in several sittings and return to where you left off at any time.
- Your progress and completion will be automatically recorded on LATTE.
- Similarly to all required online learning, you can complete your EMR e-Learning during work hours.
If you cannot view your required learning, or have not received a LATTE confirmation for your face-to-face training, please email the EMR Training Team as soon as possible.
We are excited for our Dandenong and Cranbourne trainees and wish you all the best on your EMR learning journey.
If you’re an employee at one of our other sites, don’t worry, you will be able to access the EMR e-Learning videos too, find out how here.
